Computer fun
Each library has computers that you can use
Two very important rules:
- If you are under 12yrs of age a parent or guardian must sit at the computer with you
- If you are 12ys or over you can use the computer on your own
- Computers can be used for 30 minutes at a time.
Surfing the net can be fun, but here are some easy rules to remember that will keep you safe while you surf
- Don't give your email address to anyone you do not know.
- Don't give out any personal information -your full name, address details,
- phone number or the name or location of your school.
- If you enter a site that makes you feel uncomfortable please tell your
- parents/guardians or a library staff member if you are using a computer
- in the library.
